The conference will be held at "centre La vieille Perrotine"

The congress center is 74 km from La Rochelle. So you have to go to La Rochelle. And we will have the buses that will take you to the conference site. The meeting point is at La Rochelle station (Gare La Rochelle SNCF).

EMCR's bus that bring you from the Railway station (La Rochelle Gare SNCF) to the conference site.

There are 2 buses for the EMCR participant. You can take the bus to go to the Conference Center on Sunday afternoon (Sunday 25 September 2022) (For Free).

• Bus number 1: Departure at 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon from the station to the conference venue
• Bus number 2: Departure at 6:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon from the station to the conference venue
• If you are late for these 2 buses, there is a car in the evening (Sunday everning) that will take you to the conference site. Attention! Limited places. It's better to be ontime to take these 2 buses.

Get to La Rochelle by train

The conference center is 74km far from La Rochelle. It will take about 1h to drive from La Rochelle to La Vieille Perrotine.

You can take the train to the La Rochelle railway station (Gare de La Rochelle).

There are 2 buses for the EMCR participant. You can take the bus to go to the Conference Center on Sunday afternoon (Sunday 25 September 2022).

Get to La Rochelle by airplane

You can take the flight to the La Rochelle airport. La Rochelle airport is 4.2 km from the railway station.There is a bus from the airport, that will go directly to the railway station (Gare de La Rochelle).

Get to the conference center by car

By using the GPS, and entering the address of the conference center (La Vieille Perrotine, 17310 Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron). You can drive directly to the conference center (around 1h of driving from La Rochelle).

HOW TO GET TO LA ROCHELLE

By air: La Rochelle-Ile de Ré Airport

La Rochelle airport is located 4,2 km from the railway station.

It serves a number of European destinations (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Munich, Madrid, Bologna, etc.). There are a dozen direct lines including Lyons, London, Birmingham, Southampton, Dublin, and Edinburgh.

Bus:

Line “Illico 1b” from Monday to Saturday: A bus approximately each 30mn.

Line “D5” on Sunday: A bus each hour up to 7pm.

By Train

From Paris (Montparnasse train station): 12 High speed trains (TGV) per day. It takes about 2h50’.

From Bordeau by TER: 5 trains per day. It takes about 2h30’

From Nantes by TER : 3 trains per day. It takes about 3h30’

From Bordeaux: Take the A10 in the direction of Paris and then the A837 towards La Rochelle. About 2h.

From Paris (467 km): Take the A10 and the direction of Bordeaux and then N11 towards La Rochelle. About 5h.
